Application Checklist


  • Complete the application below and submit the following:
    • $250 application fee
    • Copy of the applicant’s immunization record
    • Copies of the applicant’s most recent report card and any achievement test results
    • Copies of any reports on testing for reading or learning differences (if applicable)
  • Submit teacher recommendation forms to the applicant’s current teacher and have the teacher mail it directly to SPCS. (Download Teacher Evaluation)

Please call the Admissions Office to schedule the following:

  • Shadow Day – Required for grades 2-12
    We are happy to schedule a Shadow Day for any grade level.
  • Testing Day – Required for grades 2-12
  • Student Interview with Head of School – Required for grades 2-12
